  This installation was a nightmare, it took months!!. This company makes no attempt to make it right. They were rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I have a business of my own and if i ran it this way I would be out of business. JW has a corner on the market with Home Depot, you have no other flooring installers to choose from, so they don't care if you are dissatisfied, they get to you when they get to you, and they have full payment up front. And you can't get the boss on the phone, leave a message and hear back from the receptionist. They left with my 6 ft tall closet doors leaning against my antique dresser and damaged my wall during installation. I have to pay more money, in addition to my 8 grand, and hire real professionals to get the job done right. RUN! and take your money with you!! Be sure and notice that 6 of the last 7 reviews are 1 star!!!
