  I just ordered my windows and patio door this week and look forward to having them installed. I am writing this review prior to the installation because I am already so impressed and pleased with the professionalism and customer care from the two gentlemen I have interacted with this far.
  Nate was so generous with his time. He patiently explained the differences in the windows, (he had visual aids which were helpful!). I did not feel I was being pushed or tricked in to anything I didn’t want or need. George came out to measure everything the very next day. He also explained my options and showed me photos of the different options.
  It is a big purchase, but based on my extremely positive experiences with this company so far, I am confident that I made a wise decision.
