  The Serpico Crew here in Concord, just shut my water off while I was showering without any notification whatsoever. Last week one of the Serpico crew members cut my jade plant in half, I can only see a big trunk with a little leaves he left on top!!! Every week they blow leaves, debris all over my car, sometimes when I have just finished washing it. This company workers don't care about you or your belongings. They do as they will without any concern for operating within the laws, you are supposed to be notified any time your water will be turned off. THEY SUCK, DON'T HIRE THEM
